This page is the public attestation that the entire Puana music catalog (approximately 7,000 tracks distributed through the Puana iOS app and the puana.app web application) is original, Meria-directed AI-generated music that Jesse Meria — sole owner and developer of Puana — holds the full commercial right to use and distribute.

The chain of ownership

Puana's music catalog is produced through a vertically integrated workflow across two AI services that Jesse Meria solely owns plus one AI tool licensed commercially:

1. Creative composition (Meria-owned)

For the majority of the catalog, the lyrics, titles, themes, mood, stylistic direction, instrumentation cues, and structural prompts were authored in HookGenius — an AI lyric and style-prompt generation service that Jesse Meria solely owns and operates. For the remaining tracks, these elements were authored personally. In both cases, the creative intellectual property originates with Meria, not with any third party.

2. Music rendering (Suno under continuous commercial license)

HookGenius outputs (lyrics + style prompts) are pasted into Suno AI, which renders the audio from these Meria-directed compositions. Suno is used under continuously active commercial-use subscriptions held in Jesse Meria's name (account email meriabroz@gmail.com):

  • Suno Pro — February 17, 2025 to September 27, 2025 (invoice 741B9B65-0001; paid receipt 2831-1549 on Visa ending 3692).
  • Suno Premier — September 27, 2025 to September 27, 2026 (invoice 741B9B65-0003; paid receipt 2238-1606 on Visa ending 3692).

Both Suno Pro and Suno Premier are commercial-use tiers. Per Suno's published Terms of Service (https://suno.com/terms, section “Content”):

“Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, if you are a user who has subscribed to the Pro or Premier paid tier of the Service, Suno hereby assigns to you all of its right, title and interest in and to any Output owned by Suno and generated from Submissions made by you through the Service during the term of your paid-tier subscription.”

Coverage has been continuous with no lapse from February 17, 2025 through September 27, 2026, spanning every track-generation event in the Puana catalog. Suno is a rendering tool licensed by Meria, not the originator of the creative work.

3. Storage and distribution (Meria-owned)

Every rendered track is stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket on a Cloudflare account that Jesse Meria personally pays for and administers, served via the audio.puana.app CDN endpoint (a domain Meria owns). The canonical storage path for each track is recorded in a private Supabase database (the Puana tracks table) — the single source of truth mapping every track to its location in Meria-owned infrastructure. No audio file in the catalog is fetched from, proxied from, or otherwise linked to a third-party host or third-party CDN.

Per-track verifiable provenance

Every Suno-generated audio file in the Puana catalog carries Suno's own attribution permanently embedded in its ID3 metadata. The comment field is of the form:

made with suno; created=[ISO 8601 timestamp]; id=[Suno UUID]

The UUID resolves at https://suno.com/song/[UUID], allowing per-track verification against the Meria Suno account. The following sample of tracks from the catalog can be independently verified by clicking the URLs below:

No third-party music services

Puana does not integrate with, link to, stream from, or download content from any third-party music-streaming, music-catalog, or music-discovery service. Neither the Puana iOS app nor the puana.app web application accesses any external service of those kinds.

The “Stations”, “Editor's Picks”, and “Smart Playlists” surfaces in the Puana app are curated exclusively from the Meria-owned Suno-generated catalog described above. They are not external discovery services.

App Review verifiers and customer-side compliance auditors may confirm the claims on this page by:

  1. Visiting any of the per-track Suno URLs above and observing the track in the Meria-owned Suno account.
  2. Reviewing the full evidence PDF PUANA-APP-REVIEW-EVIDENCE-2026-05-12.pdf attached to the App Store Connect App Review Information section, which contains the original Suno invoices, paid receipts, Suno Terms-of-Service ownership-grant quote, and signed ownership statement.
