What’s the difference between Free and Business?
Free lets anyone play any track on demand — pick a song, listen to it, pick another. Business adds continuous playback (so your cafe’s music never stops), scheduling, analytics, and multi-location support.
How does the 3-year prepay work?
Pay $540 once and get the full Business tier — scheduling, analytics, multi-device sync — for three years at every location. Same features as monthly, 21% lower effective rate. No invoice cycles, no renewal surprises.
What is the Founding 100?
The first 100 businesses to subscribe lock in 25% off forever — applied to your FIRST location only — via the FOUNDING100 coupon. Reserve a spot for $9 (credited to your first invoice) at /founders. Once 100 spots close, the discount ends — your rate stays as long as your account is active. Open additional locations later? Those bill at standard chain pricing.
How does the free trial work?
Full Business access for 14 days. We collect a card on signup so the music doesn't pause when the trial ends, but you aren't charged until day 14. Cancel anytime in two clicks before then and you won't be billed at all.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are $190/location/year and auto-renew. You save 17% compared to monthly. Cancel anytime before renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What if I have multiple locations?

Can I license individual tracks for my videos or podcast?
Yes. Any track with a WAV master is available for $19 as a one-time commercial reproduction license. Buy once, use in your content forever. That’s separate from the subscription — the subscription covers playing music in your space.
